Better nate than lever?


I'm so sorry this took so long. I'm a lazy tard and you know it.

You'd think running a contest would be easy, and it is, but I go and make it 5 billion times harder than it needs to be by not getting on dA long enough to really do anything. I blame Facebook...

Anyvaiz, here are the vinners!

1ST PLACE: *Eva-Rocha

Doing such a fantastic job on both of her entries and putting much effort into both, I knew right away she would be winning something, but her Saria entry blew me away. Those leaves with the changing colors and the hair and the everything... epic win (and original)! And 6 month sub for you! (and a sketch of your choice)

2ND PLACE: ~Ju-Fate -

This one had a lot of potential when I first saw it also. Student Link of the future was quite different from his usual set-up (orphan forest-dweller), and I awarded it second place! That's a 3 month sub and a sketch of your choice!

3RD PLACE: ~Shadow-Girl-Jen

Zelda was a pansy in most games. Sure she rode on horseback shooting arrows, or held down Ganny pants with magic while Link stabbed his face, but she really didn't do anything at all (Shiek doesn't count). This entry really punched me in the ribs. It's original, clearly has much effort put into it, and just plain cool! Third place and TWO sketches of your choice!

And congrats to all you other guys/gals who entered! It was hard to judge (especially when procrastinating the crap outta this), but I hope everyone's happy with it. Some entries were quite well done, but didn't quite follow the rules either. I probably just made the rules sound confusing, so if I did, I apoplogize.

As soon as I hear back from the winners, I will be awarding prizes as soon as I can, and as soon as I put that check in the bank... <.<


In other news, I will be putting some artsy stuff on here eventually, so if you're still watching me, be warned.
